These are general frequently asked questions. For more product-specific issues, find the proper FAQ here:

What is your return policy?
We only offer refunds under special circumstances:

- Duplicate order (two of the same products ordered by accident at the same time)
- Fraudulent order
- Accidental order (you will be given a return, in exchange of the correct product you wanted)

We do not offer returns for technical issues unless the user has exhausted every possible option provided by Flightbeam technical support AND the order is no older than 30 days

Warning - We are unable to return any orders if the serial number has been activated, regardless of reason for return.

Are you looking for BETA Testers?
Sorry, we're currently not accepting any BETA testing positions

When will XXX airport be released?
Due to the fluidity of the production pipeline, we don't offer any release dates. Sometimes we may give out a rough timeline, but even this is subject to change at any time.

Our general FAQ is currently undergoing some work as we've moved to a new ecommerce solution. Thanks for your patience.

After being notified I have installed the new Flightbeam Manager installed it none of my products are recognised if log into web site can download installers. I have already got these sceneries install do I have uninstall sceneries previously installed and re-install from new downloads.

Hi Phil,

you don't need to reinstall, just replace the Manager with the new version posted in your account.

Did the Manager ask you for a log-in?
