What is your return policy?
We only offer refunds under special circumstances:

- Duplicate order (two of the same products ordered by accident at the same time)
- Fraudulent order
- Accidental order (you will be given a return, in exchange of the correct product you wanted)

We do not offer returns for technical issues unless the user has exhausted every possible option provided by Flightbeam technical support AND the order is no older than 30 days

Warning - We are unable to return any orders if the serial number has been activated, regardless of reason for return.

When will XXX airport be released?
Due to the fluidity of the production pipeline, we don't offer any release dates. Sometimes we may give out a rough timeline, but even this is subject to change at any time.

After being notified I have installed the new Flightbeam Manager installed it none of my products are recognised if log into web site can download installers. I have already got these sceneries install do I have uninstall sceneries previously installed and re-install from new downloads.

Hi Phil,

you don't need to reinstall, just replace the Manager with the new version posted in your shop.flightbeam.net account.

Did the Manager ask you for a log-in?

Having purchased seven of your scenery over the last five years, shouldn't I have earned some points in my account?

The software we added to give out these points doesn't allow to give out retroactive points unfortunately. If it did, we would certainly reward our most loyal customers.

How does one get a verified customer logo?

I've searched for an FAQ about the website, and for info about signatures, but no luck. Apologies if this has been dealt with elsewhere and feel free to simply provide a link to it...

I see several posts - including in this thread - that show a verified customer logo.

My account confirms that I have five Flightbeam products and the most recent purchase was earlier in the spring.

There is no forum post or topic because it is not something you can do on your own.

It is something that we assign in our ADMIN panel.

I will add yours shortly. If you do not see it be sure to log out of the site and then login again. Sometime you have to clear your cookies, but that is usually last resort.

Hi there;
I'm upgrading from prepar3d v4.5 to v5. All my FlightBeam products in FB Manager are up to date but show P3DV4 on the title bar of the Manager and all products are installed outside of P3D (addon.xml style). Do I have to uninstall land reinstall all my products selecting P3D v5 or is there a shortcut?
