Product Activation Issues (most common). Please read before sending us email, we'll simply be repeating the information found here:

My Product is Locked
This indicates that the product is not associated with the email you logged in with. It's likely you purchased the product with another email. Simply use the Account Merge form to merge that order into your new email: https://api.29palms.de/merge

My Serial Number doesn't work
As of July 2019, serial numbers are only used for third party vendor orders, such as Simmarket, PCAviator, etc. If you purchased from Flightbeam/Esellerate directly, you simply need to login. If the product is asking for a serial it indicates it's locked. Please see the entry above about Locked Products (unactivated)

After clicking on Account Invite, I get password reset error, or other issues
We sent a first round of account invites in July, which imports everyone's order to their new Flightbeam Account. That invite has since expired. Simply email us and ask for a new account invite

A product I purchased is missing from my account
This indicates that the product is not associated with the email you logged in with. It's likely you purchased the product with another email. Simply use the Account Merge form to merge that order into your new email: https://api.29palms.de/merge

Buildings are missing
This indicates that the product is locked and not associated with the email you logged in with. It's likely you purchased the product with another email. Simply use the Account Merge form to merge that order into your new email: https://api.29palms.de/merge

I didn't get a serial number after I purchased
We no longer use serial numbers. After your purchase you'll be presented with a download page. You can also download your purchases at any time by visiting your account page. Once installed the Flightbeam Manager will ask you to login. Use the same login as you used for the website.
The only time you'll be asked for a serial number is to activate a purchase made on a third party vendor such as Simmarket.

What if I purchased product from PCAviator, iBlueYonder or Simmarket?
We have a system in place to allow you to use those ordered products from within your Flightbeam account as well. For those orders, you'll need to activate them within the Flightbeam Manager using your original serial number.

You should not need a serial number anymore since we do not require them to be input with our new system. You can go to the Flightbeam Webstore to login to your account to retrieve all your purchase information. Link below:
