COVID-19 Support Status - Production Status

Hello everyone,

I hope our fellow simmers are healthy and safe during this period. I do have some important information to put out in terms of changes to support inquiries and the current production status since we're in some abnormal times.

Support Status:

We're providing the usual support, however please be patient. I realize many are home and they're spending much more time on the sim and acquiring new addons. But please understand we're human beings too. Some of us now have kids home 24/7 and on top of that, we're getting a lot more emails than normal due to the stay-at-home situation. We're doing what we can to continue to support all customers.
Email inquiries should expect a response between 24-72 hours.
Do not send support emails through social media, such as Facebook. You will not get a response.
Please don't forget, that 90% of all email support inquiries can be resolve by simply reading the FAQ. Thank you 8-)

Production Status:

All current production is moving forward. We're still developing new airports and products, albeit at a slightly slower pace. As always, we cannot give you an estimated date of release for any product.

I love your products and have all US airports you make. It would be helpful to know what is due up next so I don’t purchase it from somewhere else.

As of right now NZAA and LFBO are currently in production along with bugs/fixes and updates to current projects.

That is all we are willing to put out at this point until production resumes normal speed due to COVID-19.
