Tragic terrain problem in NZWN P3DV5HF2

Post by csh007 » Sat Jun 27, 2020 9:14 am

I installed orbx Globle and orbx NZ SI&NI.
Conflict detection has been carried out in accordance with your approach and all green active.
Follow your settings for P3D.
Because it is in addon mode, it is impossible to manually adjust the position of the landscape layer.
Now the entire NZWN and the surrounding terrain have been severely split, and ridges have appeared on the runway.
My newly installed P3D V5 HF2.
Your products are not individually adapted for P3DV5, but the transplantation of V4 is inevitably problematic, because the terrain and plane of the entire P3DV5 have been greatly adjusted.

You are looking at the wrong thing.

You need to look at the Scenery Library order, that is what determines the priority in the sim, not the Add-on tab.

So go back into your sim and make sure under the "Scenery Library" tab that NZWN is above all your ORBX entires. If it is not then you will need to go into ORBX control panel and set the priority for your ORBX scenery below all others. There are instructions on the ORBX forum how to do that.
